Created a spreadsheet that you can enter your stats to determine the increase damage from pieces. If you need help using it let me know.
Destruction Lock Stat Spreadsheet
Just put the initial intellect value in D13 and the increase of intellect into B13. Change the stat values as needed for your gear. B31 tells the overall damage increase percent based on an increase from the initial.
