Anyone know if the icy veins guide is bollocks or not?

It matches most of my expectations, but I know their ret one is horrible so I'm nervous.

Also, do you know what the 38% haste break point is for? I know with just class trinket I was able too get an ability off right before enrage fades. Are they saying 38% gets you another ability within enrage?

Most of the warrior info there is good, the wording on it is a bit weird. You want approx. 18% if you have the class trinket and it's a high enough Ilvl to get you in the 38-41% range.

From what I can gather the ~38% cap on haste is because rampage's cd isn't affected by haste and the rotation gets clunky when you go above that. Haven't tested that part for myself but the sources are reliably enough I don't disbelieve 'em
